Relief Sous Chef required for an upmarket Gastro Pub in a small village on the outskirts of Preston. This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with seasonal all fresh produce creating traditional pub dishes with a modern twist.
As Sous Chef you will be expected to maintain the high standards in the kitchen on the Head Chefs days off. This is a great position for a chef who enjoys working within a senior position in the kitchen.
Due to the rural location of the pub, it is preferred if you have your own transport.
