Chef de Partie required for a Country House Hotel near Clitheroe.

Set within the beautiful back drop of the Ribble Valley, this hotel has a 2AA Rosette award winning fine dining restaurant. They are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their current bridge of 5 chefs.

With the restaurant serving up to 80 covers a day providing a modern British menu using locally sourced ingredients. With a daily changing specials board allowing you to get creative with your dishes.

As Chef de Partie you will be required to work on all sections in the kitchen to support the senior chefs within the team, who will provide further training and development within your career.

Hours per week: 45

Straight or split shifts: Mixture of both
