The Restaurant offers a 2AA Rosette fine dining experience, along side their more relaxed lounge area offering light bites and Afternoon Tea.
With a beautifully decorated banqueting suite this is a popular hotel for Weddings & Events seating up to 200 guests.

As Chef de Partie you will be working within a team of 7 Chefs, working on your own section in the kitchen you will report to the Head Chef. With a very busy evening and weekend trade you must be prepared to work in a fast paced environment.

What we need from you?

– Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
– Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
– Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
– Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
– Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
