with the Cafe serving breakfast from 10am, lunch and home baked cakes and a pizza menu. With their Restaurant offering a modestly priced Italian-inspired vegetarian menu focusing on pizza and pasta dishes, it continues to delight both locals and visitors alike

This establishment is looking for a dedicated Chef who is willing to learn and develop their career further.
As Chef de Partie you will be working within a team of 6 Chefs, working on your own section in the kitchen you will report to the Head Chef. With a very busy evening and weekend trade you must be prepared to work in a fast paced environment.
What we need from you?

– Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
– Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
– Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
– Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
– Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
