Chefs Recruitment are looking for a Temporary Chef to step into the kitchen of this high-end establishment to support their existing team. With a modern Al la Carte Menu  and Tasting Menu in the Restaurant which has been awarded 3AA Rosettes, alongside a more casual bar area you will be required to run your own sections in the kitchen.
Working within a team of 5 Chefs, you must maintain the high standards, adhering to the health and safety procedures in place.

What we expect from you:

– Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty
– Managing and training any Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis Chefs working with you
– Helping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
– Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
– Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
