The Restaurant offers a 2AA Rosette fine dining experience, along side their more relaxed lounge area offering light bites and Afternoon Tea.
With a beautifully decorated banqueting suite this is a popular hotel for Weddings & Events seating up to 200 guests.

What we need from you?
-Previous experience working in a fine dining establishment
– Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty
– Managing and training any Demi-Chef de parties or Commis Chefs working with you
– Helping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
– Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
– Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
