Sous Chef required for a busy Gastro Pub in Lancaster.
An upmarket Gastro Pub in Lancaster are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen. Serving a variety of British dishes including typical pub classics alongside a seasonal daily changing specials board. With up to 120 covers a day, you must enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
