We’re currently looking to fill two Chef roles across two sister sites, both offering different levels of responsibility depending on your experience.


Position 1 – Junior/Commis Chef (Larger Site)

You’ll be working on starters, helping support a busy kitchen operation with higher volume.

  • Experience required: Basic kitchen skills and good work ethic

  • Supportive team environment

  • Great opportunity to develop and grow

  • All food is pre-prepared at our sister site – you’ll focus on reheating, plating, and service

Position 2 – Experienced Sous Chef (Smaller Site)

Ideal for someone confident to run the pass independently at a quieter, smaller site.

  • Experience required: Able to work solo, confident with plating and service

  • No prep required – all food arrives pre-prepared

  • Perfect for a chef looking for autonomy without the high pressure of prep-heavy roles

  • Lower volume of covers than The Falcon

  • Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
