A Country House Hotel nestled in a beautiful village in the Lake District are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade. Set in the heart of the Cumbria landscape, this hotel is a popular establishment for visitors exploring the local area and for guests holding a special event with friends and family.
As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen. Serving all fresh seasonal dishes, you must be passionate and enthusiastic within your work.
Hours per week: 50
Straight or split shifts: Mixture of both

Salary: £25,000 (Depending on Experience)
